New Fast Facts: Ketamine in Depression, Anorexia-Cachexia and Hip Fracture in Advanced Dementia

The Palliative Care Network of Wisconsin (PCNOW) provides peer-reviewed, evidence-based summaries of key palliative care topics (“Fast Facts”). PCNOW recently released new Fast Facts including #384 discussing the role of ketamine in depression, #386 reviewing the definitions, evaluation and non-pharmacologic management of anorexia-cachexia syndrome and #388 providing guidance on decision-making for patients with advanced dementia and hip fracture.
