Once again, Enclara is sponsoring the popular Headshot Studio on the exhibit floor. Professional photographers will capture high-resolution images to help build your professional brand. Staff will guide each participant in selecting their favorite shot and will perform basic touchups prior to delivery. Headshots are offered at no cost and with full rights to reproduce and use however you wish.
Reviewing the NHPCO Deprescribing Toolkit
The NHPCO Deprescribing Toolkit was originally published in 2020. Feedback from members and industry partners and advisors continue to highlight the need for additional deprescribing resources. This session will review evidence available in the updated 2024 NHPCO Deprescribing Toolkit, version 2.0. Join Enclara’s Senior Clinical Manager, Caren McHenry Martin, PharmD, BCGP, AvaCare, Inc.’s Director of Pharmacy Education, Ellen Fulp, MSPC, PharmD, BCGP, and ProCare Hospice Care’s Meri Madison, PharmD, RPh, as they review updated evidence for assessing medication appropriateness in serious illness. Do they stop everything? NHPCO Deprescribing Toolkit will be available in the conference on-demand library from Monday, September 16, through Tuesday, December 31, 2024.
