Cases in Deprescribing: PPIs and Dementia Drugs

Medscape has been the host of a case-based series on deprescribing for the past year. In this series,  Dr. Charles (Chuck) Vega presents common clinical scenarios drawn from his own practice and reveals his plans. Using reader polling, the goal is to collectively determine best practice and publish the results the following month.  The most recent scenarios posted include Continue, Stop, or Taper the PPI [Proton Pump Inhibitor]? and Are Dementia Drugs Serving This Patient Well?
