Based in Dallas, Texas, HPS delivers value to its hospice clients through clinical consultation, education and effective cost management. The company’s clinical pharmacists serve as an extension of hospice teams, offering pharmacy benefit management services that support their mission of compassionate care. Enclara is retaining HPS account and clinical management team to ensure uninterrupted service and support to HPS clients.
